Photo and Video Release: I do hereby authorize RHA to utilize any and all photographs, pictures, video or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials, website, social media platform or team films.

Player Expectations: I have read and understand the RHA Player Expecations. Failure to follow these can result in removal from all events.

Parent Expectations: I have read and understand the RHA Parent Expecations. Failure to follow these can result in removal from all events.

Liability and Team Event Release: In registering, the player understands that attending RHA Spring Program and using the facilities does so at his/her own risk. Riggers Hockey Academy and its owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family on or off the ice. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises, He/She/They does hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless RHA all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. In addition, he/she agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and play set by RHA. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.

Privacy Policy: It is the policy of RHA that personal information, such as your name, personal postal and email address, or personal telephone number is private and confidential. Because your privacy is important to us, RHA maintains privacy policies to protect your personal information.

I agree to pay RHA registration fees in full by March 1, 2025. Deposit is due upon registration. I recognize that all payments are non-refundable.

All apparel sizing is final once submitted. Exchanges or refunds will not be permitted.

Game jersey and socks must be purchased separately for any players that did not play 2024-2025 RHA Winter Season.
